Welcome to The World of Discovery

 

   On behalf of the staff at The World of Discovery Early Learning Center, I would like to welcome you and your family to our facility.  This child development center provides care for children between the ages of six weeks and six years.  Our aim is to provide a safe environment, enriching experiences and warm, loving care for your child during his/her stay with us.

    As a parent myself, I understand how important it is to find a center that focuses on the individual child as well as the family.  We try to make this a comfortable environment for both parent and child.  I extend an open invitation for you to drop in for informal visits.  This will give us the opportunity to better understand your expectations for your child.  The following pages will help you to become better acquainted with our center and policies.  I look forward to having your family join ours!

February 2025

Welcome to February and the start of another month of winter.  We are all very excited to have you with us.  As we move into February, please remember that the temperatures have been dropping dramatically.  Please be sure to bring all winter gear every day!

Teachers have been super busy preparing for Valentine's Day and the many themes we have in between. We have been keeping busy on the extreme cold days with afternoon activities and fun gross motor games to keep us moving and active.  

All class parties will be on Friday, February 14th!
