Welcome to The World of Discovery

 

   On behalf of the staff at The World of Discovery Early Learning Center, I would like to welcome you and your family to our facility.  This child development center provides care for children between the ages of six weeks and six years.  Our aim is to provide a safe environment, enriching experiences and warm, loving care for your child during his/her stay with us.

    As a parent myself, I understand how important it is to find a center that focuses on the individual child as well as the family.  We try to make this a comfortable environment for both parent and child.  I extend an open invitation for you to drop in for informal visits.  This will give us the opportunity to better understand your expectations for your child.  The following pages will help you to become better acquainted with our center and policies.  I look forward to having your family join ours!

As we welcome in September and the start of another school year,  We are all very excited to have you with us.  As we move into September, please remember that the temperature fluctuates dramatically.  It may be helpful to keep a sweatshirt here at school for those cool mornings on the playground, or even again in the evening for outside time.

Teachers have been super busy looking up new themes for their classrooms.  They have been creating curriculums and getting things ready for the start of the new school.  We are very excited to start this journey with all of you!
